ORDERS
On receipt we will add carriage and insurance at cost and advise you of the total amount payable.
Orders may be placed in person, by post or by E-mail.
All orders must be paid for in advance of dispatch.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible thereafter.
Customers will be notified if any unusual delays are expected.
Orders may be paid for by postal order or cheque made payable to "John Edwards".

RETURNS
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not we will gladly replace the product, or refund your money.
Please note that any such goods must be returned in "as new condition" and
with the original packaging within 14 days of dispatch date.

CLAIMS
We must be notified within 14 days of dispatch for non delivery of goods and within 7 days of receipt for damage/shortage of goods.

All sizes shown are appoximate and colours may vary from photo.

We require a quantity, reference number and a brief description of your purchase including sizes / colour where applicable.
